Emergency crews have reopened Route 116 at Route 30 in West Manchester Township. The rural highway had been closed because of a disabled tractor-trailer, according to a York County 911 dispatcher.

The rig became disabled on Route 116 at Wolfs Church Road about 12:50 p.m. Friday, according to the 911 Center.

Fire police detoured traffic around the area until the tractor-trailer was cleared from the scene.
