Maryland officials arrested a man wanted for a burglary in southern York County over the weekend.

Lawrence Edwin Creese Sr., 33, was arrested at his Baltimore home Monday morning by the Baltimore County Fugitive Unit, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Creese is in a Maryland prison awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania, where he will be charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, possessing an instrument of a crime and criminal mischief, said Trooper Jonathan Colarusso.

He is accused of taking part in a burglary at a storage facility in Shrewsbury Township early Saturday morning.

Police arrested Michael Thomas Wright, 42, and Chad Thomas Warehime, 25, both of Baltimore, at the scene of the alleged burglary, but Creese got away.

Wright is free on $50,000 bail. Warehime remains in York County Prison on $50,000 bail.

Police have said they believe the three men are responsible for other burglaries in southern York County and expect to file additional charges.
