An argument over living arrangements led to a naked man stabbing his roommate inside the Windsor Township the two were house sitting for another man who's in jail.
Tracy Del Hanna, 47, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a small amount of marijuana for the incident that happened Saturday, according to York Area Regional Police.
Officers were dispatched to the mobile home at 49 Windsor Acres about 4:35 p.m. for the stabbing of a 50-year-old man, police said.
An officer found victim Timothy Morton sitting on the ground with a crowd of people near the mobile home, according to Hanna's charging documents.
Hanna, who was wearing jeans, was found nearby on his knees with his hands in the air. He was arrested without incident.
Morton and Hanna were living in the mobile home while its owner is in York County Prison. Now Hanna is also in York County Prison on $100,000 bail for the alleged stabbing, according to court documents.
Naked: According to charging documents, Morton was in the living room of the mobile with three people, including a 6-year-old boy, when Morton told them he was going to kick out Hanna for not paying the electric bill.
Hanna, who was in a bedroom, entered the living room completely naked and started screaming at Morton. As the two men fought, the two people got the child out of the mobile home, document state.
At some point Hanna stabbed Morton in the back with a large butcher knife, documents state.
Morton was taken to York Hospital for treatment, police said.
He was treated and released on Saturday, a hospital spokesman said.
An officer found a knife in a knife stand in the kitchen. The knife had what appeared to be blood on its handle and body fluids from its tip to three inches up the blade, documents state.
Different story: Hanna told officers that he got into a fight with Morton because "they were going to party that night and smoke some crack," documents state.
Hanna also told police he kept the knife in his bedroom. He twice admitted to police that he stabbed Morton.
"I did it. I stabbed him. I did a bad thing and I'm sorry," Hanna told an officer as he was taken into custody, according to the documents.
Legal troubles for Hanna don't end there.
As he was about to go through metal detectors at central booking, he reached into the front pocket of his jeans and pulled out a small plastic bag with marijuana in it and handed it to an officer, documents state.
"Here's some weed. You might as well take that too," Hanna told the officer, according to the documents.
