Santander Stadium will hold Firestock, with live music and fire stunts in May.

Firestock begins at 5 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at the stadium at 5 Brooks Robinson Way in York City, according to a news release from Adam Nugent, special events coordinator with York Revolution baseball team.

The event features family entertainment, live music and stunts, including fire jump roping, fire breathing, fire eating and a man balancing a lit hibachi grill on his face.

A daylight color smoke bomb display is at 6 p.m., and a sunset fireworks show begins at 7:45 p.m. The 15-minute Firestock finale begins at 9 p.m.

The event is lead by Pyrotecnico, a fireworks, pyrotechnics and special effects company with headquarters in New Castle, Lawrence County.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $12 for students ages 18 and under. They should bring their student identification. A $55 family discount pack is available. It includes two adult tickets and up to four tickets for youth ages 18 and under. Admission is free for children ages 6 and under.
