A New Freedom man was arrested Tuesday for his second alleged DUI in just as many weeks.

Southern Regional Police say Patrick Kelly Noll's first DUI charge stems from a March 22 incident in which after the car he was following crashed into four parked cars in New Freedom.

The driver of the striking vehicle, Sarah Francis, 24, of New Freedom fled the area before officers arrived but she was arrested a short time later, police said.

Francis faces charges of DUI and was cited with driving an uninspected vehicle and four counts of crashes involving unattended property, according to court records, which say she hasn't been arraigned yet.

After the crash, Noll, 25, tried to free Francis' car that was stuck on a curb and also urinated in public, police said.

He faces charges of DUI and hindering apprehension and was cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct but hasn't yet been arraigned, documents state.

Noll was again arrested for DUI in New Freedom by Southern Regional Police on Tuesday, police said.

He is free on $2,500 unsecured bail, according to court records.

The records do not list attorneys for Noll or Francis.
