State police with the state's Liquor Control Enforcement agency cited three York County establishments in April.

Police said in a news release that the following businesses were cited for the included alleged offenses:

•George's Tavern, 376 Walnut St. in York City: Failed to adhere to an agreement with the state liquor control board.

•Has Investment Corp., 634 Shrewsbury Commons Ave. in Shrewsbury Township: Issued checks to pay for malt or brewed beverages with insufficient funds, failed to keep malt or brewed beverage dispensing system cleaning records and operated the business without a valid health permit or license.

•M&M Lounge, 530 Maryland Ave. in York City: Sold alcohol to a minor.

The businesses cited will go before an administrative law judge, who can impose fines and order license suspensions, depending on the severity of the citation, police said.
