Police have arrested a York Springs man wanted for allegedly robbing a Hanover store with a gun on Monday night.

Zackery Alan Thompson-Kassakatis, 22, was arrested just before 10 a.m. Friday in Westminster, Md., by Westminster City Police and Maryland State Police, according to a news release from Hanover Police.

He was taken to the Carroll County Detention Center, police said.

Thompson-Kassakatis is accused of robbing a store in the Hanover Crossing Shopping Center in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive about 7:15 p.m. Monday.

He made off with several hundred dollars after showing the store clerk he had a gun tucked in his waistband, according to police.
