The would-be victim, who was not injured, was able to jump from the SUV and ran into a nearby field, police said.

The driver of the Jeep is described as a tall man with a medium build between the ages of 20 and 30. The gunman is described as a tall man with a thin build between the ages of 20 and 30, police said.
