A nearly half-mile stretch of Hollywood Drive in Spring Garden Township will be closed for two days starting Tuesday for road work.

Hollywood Drive from Grandview Road to South Ogontz Street will be closed from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday to allow for the York County maintenance crew with the state Department of Transportation to replace a drainage pipe, according to a news release from PennDOT.

Crews will excavate and replace the collapsed 48-inch diameter pipe on Tuesday. Weather permitting, crews will repave a section of the road on Wednesday, the release says.

Detour signs will direct motorists around the closure.
