Starting Monday, a private school will join other York City schools and nonprofits that serve free meals to children over the summer.

Logos Academy, 250 W. King St., will serve breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m. and dinner from 4 to 6 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until July 31.

Children of all ages are eligible for the program, which is funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Logos, a Christian school that caters to urban families, will be able to serve about 200 children per day, said Teresa Rufo, culinary and events manager at the school.
