Workers have finished repairs to a bridge over Cabin Creek in Lower Windsor Township, a PennDOT spokesman said Thursday.

The Route 124 bridge, which closed June 23, has re-opened, Mike Crochunis said.

Crews repaired the bridge's deteriorating wing wall, which supports the road surface and bridge structure.

An average of 2,266 vehicles travel that section of Route 124 daily, according to Crochunis.
