The Northern York County Regional Police Department is investigating three home burglaries in northern Dover Township.

The burglaries happened between 10 p.m. July 14 and 7 a.m. July 15. In each case, residents were home at the time of the burglaries, police said.

However, there were no confrontations between residents and burglars, police said.

Once inside, the burglars stole electronic items and purses. Items were also stolen from unlocked vehicles parked at the homes, police said.

Police believe the burglar or burglars entered the homes in the 2300 block of Conewago Road and the 6400 block of Oriole Lane through unlocked doors and windows, according to a news release.

Police believe the incidents are related.
