New Jersey-based Church & Dwight Co. Inc. on Monday announced it has completed its acquisition of Avid Health, Inc., a manufacturer of gummy vitamins and supplements.

Church & Dwight paid $650 million to close the deal, which was first announced in August.

The company, which has a York County plant in West Manchester Township, makes personal care, household and specialty items that bear the Arm & Hammer brand name and other trademarks.
