-- Battle of Gettysburg Program, 7 p.m. Tuesday. Steve Runkle and the Dillsburg Library have rescheduled the date for the program Day One of the Battle of Gettysburg. The program was postponed due to weather closings.

The presentation will cover the early skirmishing between Union cavalry and Rebel infantry along the Chambersburg Pike, the clash of the Confederate 3rd Corps with the Union 2nd Corps, the Confederate occupation of the town and the Union army's formation of a defensive line on cemetery ridge. The programming will continue with Day Two on Jan. 29 and Day Three on March 26. The program is free and open to the public. No registration is required.

-- Light Up Night, 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30. DABA will host Light up Night on the square in Dillsburg. After the tree is lit, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will arrive on a fire truck and lead all the children to the library, where they can visit with Santa and enjoy cookies and hot chocolate.
