A West York bar was cited by state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly selling alcohol to a minor.

The alleged incident happened at the Overbrook Café, 40-42 Overbrook Ave., sometime in November, state police said on Wednesday.

An administrative law judge will hear the case and could impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses to $5,000 for more serious offenses, state police said.
