Police are searching for a knife-wielding man who robbed a Jackson Township dollar store on Tuesday night.

Just before 9 p.m., the robber walked into Dollar General, 2100 Thistle Hill Drive, pointed a knife at a store clerk and demanded money, according to Northern York County Regional Police.

After getting an undisclosed amount of cash -- which he put in a black trash bag -- the robber left the store, police said. No one was hurt.

The robber was wearing a blue ski mask, navy-blue sweatshirt, olive-colored pants and brown boots, police said.
