A man who robbed a Newberry Township bank at gunpoint in September 2011 must spend 14 years in prison, a federal judge ordered.

Willie Elmore, 43, of Brooklyn, N.Y., appeared in Harrisburg's federal court on Wednesday for sentencing, where he also was ordered to pay his share of $13,781 in restitution, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Harrisburg.

Co-defendant Tristan Green, 28, of York, is scheduled to be sentenced on April 1.

Elmore and Green were convicted in August of robbing the Fulton Bank at 2220 Old Trail Road at gunpoint on Sept. 16, 2011, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
