Repairs were scheduled to begin Monday on 4.5 miles of Freysville and Mount Pisgah roads in Lower Windsor Township, PennDOT announced.

Work is being done from north of Route 24 in Red Lion to the intersection with Route 124.

There will be no traffic lane restrictions for the morning commute, between 6 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., but there could be single-lane traffic restrictions with flaggers the rest of the day, PennDOT said.

Work under the $1.6 million construction contract is scheduled to be completed by July and includes drainage work, roadway base repair, milling and resurfacing, guiderail and new traffic lines.

Some sections of the two roads average more than 6,000 vehicles traveled daily, PennDOT said.
