Susquehannock outlasted Delone Catholic 4-3 in an early-season meeting of York-Adams Division II boys' tennis powers on Wednesday afternoon in Glen Rock.

The Warriors improved to 5-2 overall and 2-0 in the division. They are tied with York Catholic and Biglerville for first place. Delone fell to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the division.

Susquehannock won the match when Kaltrin Bullaj and Dan Ferraro combined to win the No. 1 doubles match, 6-1, 6-3. Bullaj, Ferraro and Shane Bookhultz captured singles victories for the Warriors. For the Squires, Eric Hippensteel and Ben Gutierrez each won in singles.


YORK CATHOLIC 7, LITTLESTOWN 0: At Springettsbury Park, the Irish swept singles in straight sets. Adam Hack, Matthew Koury, Sam Hernandez, Scott Bartkowiak and Timothy Hartinger each captured a singles victory.

WEST YORK 5, SPRING GROVE 2: At West York, the Bulldogs captured four of the five singles matches to earn the win. Joshiah Burke, Chris Hein, Jared Potts and Ben Fairlamb each won in singles for the Bulldogs. For the Rockets, Ian Coble won a singles match.

YORK SUBURBAN 7, BERMUDIAN SPRINGS 0: At Suburban, the Trojans swept singles play in straight sets. The Trojans received singles victories from Michael Hogg, Elliot Diehl, Matthew Manzella, Michael Peck and Sam Atkinson.


DALLASTOWN 7, NEW OXFORD 0: At Dallastown, the Wildcats swept singles play. John Schmitt, Payce Berridge, Nick Barley, Michael Gibbs and Dalton Childs each picked up singles victories for the Wildcats. Dallastown improved to 3-0 in York-Adams Division I and 7-1 overall.

SOUTH WESTEN 6, RED LION 1: At Red Lion, Anthony Miserendino, Quin Meyer, Michael Fabrick, Ben Sentz and Joe Harrison won in singles for South Western. Sam Innerst and C.J. Weigle won at No. 1 doubles for Red Lion.

DOVER 6, NORTH EASTERN 1: At Dover, Cameron Miller, Brent Schreiber, Preston Groft and Noah Wise won in both singles and doubles to lead Dover. Logan Fries won at No. 2 singles for Northeastern.
