Wednesday was a record-setting day in Lincoln for the Millersville University baseball team.

The Marauders erupted for 63 runs in a doubleheader, including a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference-record total in a 40-10 Game 2 victory. The Marauders won Game 1, 23-1.

The two wins extended Millersville's winning streak to six.

Millersville (20-8) ripped 37 hits, including 19 extra-base hits, and drew 32 walks in the twinbill.

The 40 runs eclipsed the school record of 30 set in 2000 and topped the previous PSAC record of 37 set by Shippensburg in 1993. The Marauders' 36 RBIs in Game 2 also set a new PSAC single-game record.

Lincoln fell to 4-18.
