Eastern York stormed back from a 2-0 hole to earn a 22-25, 19-25, 25-9, 25-20, 15-13 victory at York Suburban on Tuesday night in York-Adams League boys' volleyball action.

The Golden Knights improved to 3-1 both overall and in the league. They are just a game behind Northeastern and Central York, which are both 4-0. Suburban fell to 2-2 overall and in the league.

Sandon Eaton (13 kills, 10 aces, eight digs), Austin Miller (34 assists, five aces) and Mike Bair (10 kills, seven digs) led Eastern. Suburban was paced by Jacob Kauffman (14 kills, 26 digs), Brad Hartshorne (13 kills, 12 digs, six blocks) and Lars Dalemar (39 assists, nine digs).

Suburban won the JV match, 25-9, 25-15.

NORTHEASTERN 3, SUSQUEHANNOCK 0: At Glen Rock, the Bobcats improved to 6-0 overall and 4-0 in the York-Adams League with a 25-20, 25-10, 25-12 triumph. Reese Devilbiss (16 kills, eight digs, six aces), Luke Braswell (33 assists, seven digs), Stephen Braswell (11 kills, 10 digs), Matt Hollinger (16 digs) and Devin Soop (15 digs) powered the Bobcats. Alex Miller (six kills, four assists) and A.J. Schaeffer (seven assists, three kills) led the Warriors. Northeastern won the JV match, 25-5, 25-15.

CENTRAL YORK 3, DOVER 0: At Dover, the Panthers improved to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in York-Adams action with a 25-14, 25-13, 25-19 triumph. The Panthers got big efforts from Josh Van Wyk (eight kills), Royce Clemens (eight kills), Ryan Gardner (seven kills) and Alex Klunk (six kills). Dover was paced by Chipper Linderman (22 assists), Brendan Warren (nine kills) and Kyle Cook (seven kills, six digs). Central won the JV match, 25-15, 25-19.

DALLASTOWN 3, NEW OXFORD 0: At Dallastown, the Wildcats rolled to a 25-11, 25-19, 25-12 triumph. Kyle Bagnall (10 kills, seven digs) and Justin Barnett (21 assists, four kills, three aces) led Dallastown, which improved to 3-1 in the York-Adams League. Tyler Steckbeck (five kills, seven digs) and Ross Starner (six kills, four digs) were New Oxford's stat leaders. Dallastown won the JV match, 25-10, 25-12.

KENNARD-DALE 3, WEST YORK 0: At West York, the Rams won, 25-17, 25-14, 25-17. Nate Ellis (seven kills, 10 digs, three aces), Dylan Tessier (10 kills), Vince Failla (10 kills, five digs) and Joe McConville (24 assists, eight digs) led the Rams. For the Bulldogs, Brett Strickler (five kills, four blocks, six digs), Josh Rinehart (10 kills, three assists) and Taylor Boyer (16 assists) led the way. West York won the JV match, 25-22, 25-15.

RED LION 3, SPRING GROVE 0: At Spring Grove, the Lions rolled to a 25-8, 25-20, 25-20 triumph. Dan Longnecker had 21 assists for the winners, while Dan Jones had five kills and eight digs. Red Lion improved to 3-1 in York-Adams action.
