Anyone planning to buy a ticket to the Grandstand concerts at the York Fair still has time to do so.

"Sales are going very well," said Gene Schenck, the fair's president. "But I don't know if anyone is going to sell out."

He said country trio Lady Antebellum's and comedian Jeff Dunham's shows have done particularly well at the box office.

New this year: Schenk said this year's fair will have a few more changes than usual, especially pertaining to the concerts.

First, he said, the seating on the track has been thinned out -- the area that used to hold more than 2,000 seats now holds about 1,000. He said the fair made this change because the setup had been too cramped.

"It was as bad as economy (class) on an airplane," Schenk said.

In total, the grandstand shows now have just under 10,000 seats.

Also, a concert ticket gets you more at the fair than it used to. Anyone who buys a ticket in advance to a show doesn't need to also buy a ticket to the fair to walk around it during the evening of the show, Schenk said. And anyone with a concert ticket will be able to take the ticket over to the Deggeller Attractions trailer after 5 p.m. and buy a wristband for the attractions for $10, Schenk said.

"The whole purpose of the concerts is to get people to the fair," Schenk said.

Grandstand lineup: The lineup for the York Fair grandstand concerts is as follows:
