The Centennial Banquet for the Children's Aid Society, Southern Pennsylvania District, Church of the Brethren, will be held Saturday at the Valencia Ballroom in York.

The society helps at-risk children in Franklin, Cumberland, Adams and York counties.

The banquet will feature music by the King's Strings of Mechanicsburg and children of the York Area Suzuki Superbows; a visit from Frances Leiter, one of the founders of the Carlisle Children's Home; and spotlight moments by Pennsylvania's Attorney General Linda Kelly, U.S. Rep. Todd Platts and Bev Mackereth, deputy secretary of Children, Youth & Families, Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
