The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance will hold a low-cost vaccine and microchip clinic for cats and dogs from 2:30-5 p.m. Saturday at Tractor Supply, 900 Loucks Mill Road, York.

Registration begins at 2 p.m. for this first-come, first-served clinic. Vaccines offered are rabies, distemper, bordetella (kennel cough) and influenza (a second dose must be given within three to four weeks) for $10 each. To receive a three-year rabies vaccination, you must bring proof of up-to-date rabies vaccines.

Microchipping will be available for $25, which includes registration. Ask about lifetime licenses when purchasing a microchip. Wormer will also be available for a donation. All payments must be made in cash or by check. All dogs should be on a short leash (no chains please) and cats in a secure pet carrier.

Adoptable dogs seeking their forever home will be on hand to meet potential adopters, and CPAA volunteers will be selling baked goods during the clinic to raise additional money for spay/neuter initiatives.

Please call (717) 938-1191 or email with questions about this clinic. Note: Breeders will not be served. For more info about CPAA, visit
