The York County Heritage Trust's Second Saturday presentation for March is Pullman Automobiles and York County's Early Twentieth Century Auto Industry.

The free program will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Trust's Agricultural & Industrial Museum, 217 W. Princess St.

The speaker for the event will be antique vehicle collector and restorer Paul Vaughn. His talk will center on York County's substantial but little-known automobile industry during the early 1900s. At its height, there were more than 15 car manufacturers based in the county.

Vaughn will focus on the Pullman Motor Car Co., arguably the most successful manufacturer based in the county. The program will feature a gallery walk, highlighting the vehicles currently on display at the Trust's Agricultural & Industrial Museum.

Second Saturdays are free and open to the public. For information on this and future programs, visit
