The York County Heritage Trust is hosting its monthly Lunch with the Librarians at 1 p.m. Friday at the Historical Society Museum, 250 E. Market St. This month's discussion topic is "How to Find an Ancestor: Tips on Using the Federal Census."

Lunch with the Librarians is a casual, roundtable discussion hosted by Library & Archives staff members at the trust. The format is conversational, and there is plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.

The program is free, but due to its increasing popularity, registration is limited and the deadline to sign up is Wednesday. To sign up, email Victoria Allen at or call (717) 848-1587, ext. 225.

An optional boxed lunch is available for $10 and must be ordered by the same registration deadline. Contact Allen with any menu questions. Participants are also welcome to bring their own lunch.
