Two perennial York-Adams League powers squared on Thursday afternoon in Dallastown.

The Wildcats came away with a 5-2 triumph over York Catholic in a crossover match.

Dallastown clinched the outcome by winning both doubles matches in three sets. Emily Kistler and Angela Friedrich won at No. 1, while Christie Friedrich and Artika Saharan won at No. 2.

In singles, Kistler, Haley Brown and Christie Friedrich won for Dallastown. For the Irish, Catherine Vizzard and Carolyn Thomas each won a singles match.


RED LION 7, HANOVER 0: At Red Lion, the Lions swept singles play in straight sets to capture the non-divisional York-Adams victory. Michaela Martin, Kate Jayamaha, Katelyn Witmer, Elizabeth Anderson and Alison Miller each picked up singles victories for the Lions.

KENNARD-DALE 6, NORTHEASTERN 1: At Manchester, the Rams won the non-divisional York-Adams match in singles by capturing four out of the five singles. Alyssa Miller, Sofia Alsamadi, Kathleen Glackin and Lilly Riale all each picked up singles victories. For Northeastern, Hanna Shoffner won a singles match.

SUSQUEHANNOCK 7, BERMUDIAN SPRINGS 0: At Glen Rock, the Warriors received straight-set singles victories from Katie Wagner, Usha Baublitz, Hannah Brown, Chelsey Simmers and Sara Lynch.

CENTRAL YORK 5, YORK SUBURBAN 2: At Central, the Panthers won the York-Adams non-divisional match in singles by capturing four out of the five matches in straight sets. Teah Gray, Taylor Strausbaugh, Brooke Hartzell and Sara Vlazny each won a singles match for the Panthers. For the Trojans, Jessica Clancy won a singles match in straight sets.


WEST YORK 6, DOVER 1: At Dover, the Bulldogs received singles victories from Olivia Purtell, Gabby Amspacher, Allison Morningstar and Shayla Lutzinger to secure the York-Adams non-divisional victory. For the Eagles, Miranda Delauter won a singles match.

SPRING GROVE 4, BIG LERVILLE 3: At Spring Grove, Michaela Taylor and Amanda Craver won in singles and teamed to win No. 2 doubles to lead the Rockets to victory. Miranda Markle also won in singles for Spring Grove. Carlee Brumgard and Jenna Glass won in singles and combined to win at No. 1 doubles for Biglerville.
