The York Mighty Ants have advanced to the Eastern Basketball Alliance championship game.

The Ants downed the Westchester Dutchmen 111-109 on Sunday night in Mount Vernon, N.Y., to earn their berth in the title contest.

York trailed by 10 with 1 minute, 28 seconds left, but rallied behind big 3-pointers from Jon Casimir and Chad Tipton. The Ants won the game on a last-second shot by Jerren Harris.

Tipton, a South Western High School graduate, led York with 22 points. Spring Grove High School graduate Bryce Harbold added 19 points for the winners. Akeem Washington (18), Harris (17) and Casimir (16) also hit double digits for York.

It was Westchester's first loss of the season.

York will now take on the Harrisburg Horizon in the championship game at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Rowland School in Harrisburg.

The Horizon went 8-0 during the EBA regular season, including a pair of wins over York, which is at 8-3 this season.
