Pleasureville continued its strong start to the York-Adams American Legion baseball season on Wednesday evening with a 6-2 victory over visiting Bermudian Springs.
Pleasureville improved to 4-1.
The home team plated three runs in the bottom of the third to take a 3-0 lead and went on to capture the victory. Dan Sepic led Pleasureville with two singles. Starting pitcher Tyler Lingg threw 5 2/3 innings to pick up the win, allowing five singles and one earned run.
All 12 hits in the game were singles.
The game was stopped after the top of the sixth because of darkness.

New Oxford 6, Wrightsville 3 (6 Innings): At Wrightsville, Josh Shultz led New Oxford, going 2-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored. The home team was held to just one hit, a single off the bat of Wyatt Smith. The game was called after the top of the sixth because of darkness.
Red Lion 13, Dillsburg 3 (5 Innings): At Red Lion, Alex Price led the home team by going 4-for-4, including a triple and a double, with three RBIs. Also for Red Lion, Stone Hill went 2-for-3 with three RBIs, Austin Taylor was 2-for-4, including a double, with two runs scored, Hank Shultz went 2-for-2 with two RBIs and Pat Daugherty went 2-for-3 with two runs scored. The game was called after five innnings because of the 10-run mercy rule.
Red Lion 9, Dallastown 5: In a late game from Tuesday night, host Red Lion trailed 5-3 heading into the bottom of the fourth, when it scored four runs to take the lead. Red Lion tacked on two more runs in the fifth and went on to get the win. Austin Taylor (2-for-3, run scored) and Dan Waldrup (2-for-2, three runs scored) led the Red Lion offense, while Eric Morrison (2-for-4) paced the Dallastown attack.
