White-, red- and gold-illuminated balloons will fill the sky with a glow Saturday in memory of loved ones lost to cancer.

Everyone is welcome to attend the annual Light the Night Walk hosted by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at Cousler Park in Manchester Township.

The event to celebrate and commemorate the lives touched by leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma will begin with check-in at 3:30 p.m. Saturday. A remembrance ceremony in memory of those who have lost their battle to blood cancers will start at 4:30 p.m.

The illuminated balloon walk begins at 5:30 p.m.

Participants may carry white balloons for survivors, red for supporters and gold in memory of those lost to cancer.

There will also be food and games at the event.
