The district office of Rep. Kevin Schreiber, D-York City, is moving from One MarketWay West to the York City Government Services Building, which contains the new York City Hall, at the end of the month.

Schreiber said the office is relocating to increase accessibility, as the MarketWay building has no dedicated parking; the new space at 101 S. George St. has free parking.

The change will also be convenient to people who have overlapping state and city business to conduct because York City's offices are located in the new building, he said.

Taxpayers will save $25 per month, as the rent at the is $950, compared to $975 at the MarketWay building, he said.

The MarketWay office is open 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through

Thursday through the end of the month. Starting July 1, the new office will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
