Joy El Generation, a Christian organization in Greencastle, Franklin County, is offering the Released Time Bible program to public school children in York County.

The classes will be conducted by volunteers who serve as mentors. Sessions will be held at:

--Dallastown Area School District: Wednesdays at Leader Heights and York Township elementary schools and Dallastown Area Intermediate School.

--Dover Area School District: Tuesdays at Dover Area Intermediate School; Wednesdays at Leib and Weigelstown elementary schools; and Thursdays at North Salem Elementary School. There is a need for a school coordinator and small group leaders.

--Eastern York School District: Mondays at Eastern York Middle School and Thursdays at Canadochly, Kreutz Creek and Wrightsville elementary schools.

--Northeastern School District: Tuesdays at Conewago, Mount Wolf and Orendorf elementary schools and Spring Forge Intermediate School and Fridays at Shallow Brook Intermediate School. There is an opening for a teacher and adult listeners.

--Northern York County School District: Tuesdays at Dillsburg and Northern York elementary schools and Northern York Middle School, and Thursdays at South Mountain and Wellsville elementary schools.

--Red Lion Area School District: Wednesdays at Pleasant View Elementary.

--Spring Grove Area School District: Thursdays at Spring Grove Intermediate School.

--West Shore School District: Wednesdays at Newberry Elementary and Thursdays at Red Mill Elementary.


--West York Area School District: Thursdays at Lincolnway and Trimmer elementary schools.

--York City School District: Mondays at Jackson Elementary and Tuesdays at Devers Elementary.
