SYRACUSE, N.Y.—The suspect in the shooting death of one man and the wounding of another outside a Syracuse tavern has been brought back upstate after being extradited from Pennsylvania.

Police tell The Post-Standard of Syracuse ( that 27-year-old Juan Cirino was brought back to the upstate city Monday night. He's scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon on murder charges.

Police say Cirino walked into a crowd in the parking lot of Calcano's Tavern on Oct. 5 and shot two men in the head. The gunfire killed 20-year-old Alex Xavier Rivero Rosa and wounded a 28-year-old man in the face.

Cirino flew to Philadelphia after the shooting but was caught there after police received a tip he was fleeing to Puerto Rico.

It couldn't immediately be determined if he has a lawyer.
