The Penn State York basketball teams dominated visiting Penn State Mont Alto on Wednesday night in a doubleheader.

The PSY men won, 82-56, while the PSY women triumphed, 85-49. It was the Penn State University Athletic Conference opener for both teams.

In the men's game, PSY's Evan Ehrhart led all scorers with 17 points, shooting 7-for-11 from the floor (63.6 percent). Jamahl Ralls knocked in 13 points for PSY, while Tyler Martin scored 12. As a team, PSY picked up 19 assists, compared to five by Mont Alto. The local Lions improved to 4-2 overall.

In the women's game, Lauren Riggleman led the PSY offense with 30 points, going 13-for-22 from the floor (59.1 percent). Courtney Riggs knocked in 18 points and picked up 11 assists, while Alison Lane scored 14 points for the home team. PSY is now 1-4 overall.
