Susquehannock's 2013 boys' soccer season came to a close in heart-breaking fashion on Tuesday night.

The Warriors gave District 11 champion Moravian Academy a major challenge before falling in double overtime, 3-2, at Emmaus High School in a PIAA Class AA first-round playoff contest.

Alex Rebich scored to give Susquehannock an early 1-0 lead. Moravian Academy, however, scored the next two goals to lead at halftime, 2-1.

With 10 minutes, 20 seconds left in the contest, Ryan Chilcoat found the back of the net for the Warriors to tie it 2-2.

Neither team could score in the first OT, but Moravian Academy ended it by scoring with 7:58 left in the second extra period.

Nick Umezawa and Lucas Thomas had assists for Susquehannock.

Mike Jones made 11 saves in goal for the Warriors. ¶ Moravian Academy held a 14-7 edge in shots on goal.
