Tanner Martin scored the game's only goals to lead York Suburban to 2-0 road victory over Susquehannock on Monday night in Glen Rock.

The Trojans maintained control of the York-Adams Division II race by improving to 8-0-0 within the division.

Susquehannock fell to 5-4-0 in division action.

Suburban has 24 points to lead the division by six points over second-place West York (6-2-0, 18 points).


YORK CATHOLIC 3, BERMUDIAN SPRINGS 0: At York Catholic, Chris Sosa scored two goals for the Fighting Irish in the Division III match. Sosa connected at the 26-minute mark of the first half and the 25-minute mark of the second. Jeffry Waser supplied an assist on the second goal. Matt Nguyen, with help from Josiah Schendel, delivered York Catholic's final goal with five minutes left in the contest. The Irish defense held Bermudian to one shot on goal. York Catholic moved into first place with the victory. The Fighting Irish are 6-0-2 for 20 points, and second-place Biglerville, which has played one less division game, is 6-0-1 for 19 points.

CENTRAL 8, BIGLER VILLE 2: At Biglerville, the Panthers took control early, leading 4-0 at the half. Shawn Morrison led the Panthers with one goal and two assists. Erik Fissel and Royce Clemens each scored two goals, while Kyle Smith added two assists. Trevor Smith and Nate Oze each scored one goal, while Anthony Trona added one assist.

TRINITY 2, WEST YORK 1: At West York, the Bulldogs kept it close in the non-league, but just came up short, dropping the match to the Shamrocks. Adam Vaupel scored the lone goal for the Bulldogs, while teammate Chris Markel picked up the assist. Bulldogs goalie Brad Wood made eight saves in goal.

CONESTOGA VALLEY 4, KENNARD-DALE 0: At Fawn Grove, the Rams trailed 2-0 after the first half and were unable to recover, dropping the non-league match. Rams goalie Paul Ambrose made 27 stops in goal.
