The semifinals have now been set for the York-Adams League softball tournament.

Division I champion Central York (17-2, 11-2) will battle Division III champion Kennard-Dale (12-5, 12-1) at 5 p.m. Thursday at Spring Grove.

Division II champion Spring Grove (13-7, 10-3) will face Division IV champion Delone Catholic (16-0, 14-0) at 5 p.m. Thursday at Susquehannock.

The winners will then advance to the title game at 5 p.m. Monday at New Oxford.

K-D sewed up the Division II crown on Monday with a 7-2 victory over Bermudian Springs. Central, Spring Grove and Delone had clinched their titles earlier.


SUSQUEHANNOCK 1, NORTHEASTERN 0: At Glen Rock, Sara Lynch pitched a two-hit shutout for the Warriors. She struck out five and walked two. Jordan McGee had two hits for the winners, including a double. Megan Rogers also doubled for Susquehannock. Maddie Renard pitched a four-hit complete game for Northeastern. She struck out three and walked one. Shannon Dolan doubled for Northeastern.

DOVER 6, YORK SUB URBAN 5: The visiting Trojans scored two runs to tie the score at 5-5 in the top of the seventh. Dover's Sam Mann then hit a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the seventh with two outs to win the game for the host Eagles. Starting pitcher Alexis Gohn got the win, holding Suburban to five runs on five hits in seven innings. Gohn also had a good day at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two RBIs. Olivia Eytcheson (2-for-4, two RBIs) and Emma Turybury (2-for-3, run scored) paced the Trojans' offense.


CENTRAL 17, SOUTH WESTERN 0: At Hanover, Taylor Rohrbaugh led the Panthers, pitching a six-inning shutout, striking out seven and walking none. She also contributed at the plate by going 2-for-5, including a homer, with two RBIs. Darrian Schade (3-for-4, three runs scored), Jordyn Miller (2-for-4) and Kyla Caruso (2-for-4) also excelled for Central. For the Mustangs, Katelin Willinghan went 2-for-2.

FAIRFIELD 18, YORK TECH 8: At Fairfield, Kennedy Keller led the Green Knights by going 4-for-4, including a triple and a double, to go with three RBIs. For the Spartans, Alexis Boie went 3-for-3, while teammate Angie Johnson went 2-for-4 with two RBIs.

RED LION 5, NEW OXFORD 3: At Red Lion, pitcher Mackenzie Rumburg pitched a complete game, while striking out six and walking only one to record the win. For the Colonials, Sarah Groft went 3-for-4, while teammate Shawna Belcher went 2-for-3. Red Lion finished York-Adams Division I play at 9-4 and improved to 11-6 overall.

WEST YORK 6, EASTERN YORK 1: At Wrightsville, Sarah Godfrey struck out seven and knocked in two runs for West York. Jossalin Shipley added three hits and an RBI for the winners, while Paige Runkle had two RBIs. Eastern's Abbey Caldwell had an RBI triple.
