Dover got a monster night from Bayleigh Hoffman en route to a 25-22, 25-20, 17-25, 25-14 victory at Spring Grove on Thursday night in York-Adams League Division I girls' volleyball action.

Hoffman finished with 18 assists, 17 kills, 12 digs and seven blocks.

Natalie Seitz (14 kills, 14 digs), Lauryn Messner (16 assists, six digs) and Kylie Faust (15 digs) also excelled for the winners.

Spring Grove's leaders were Mia Bennett (12 kills), Samantha Bollinger (11 kills, six blocks), Brooke Osborne (29 assists, seven digs) and Savannah Yingling (22 digs).

Spring Grove won the JV match, 25-21, 25-9.


FAIRFIELD 3, YORK TECH 2: At Spry, the Green Knights won the final game 15-13 to get the victory. Abby Herring (10 kills, eight service points), Alisha Kelly (six kills, four service points) and Lexy Sanders (20 assists) led Fairfield. Krista Ruppert (eight kills), Savannah Grimes (seven kills) and Adrianna Beattie (seven aces) led Tech.

EASTERN YORK 3, YORK 0: At Wrightsville, the Golden Knights rolled 25-4, 25-5, 25-3. Lauryn Snyder had 27 assists for the winners, while Hannah Reichard (eight digs), Lauren Reichard (nine aces, six kills, four digs) and Allie Crumling (five kills, five digs) also excelled. Paola Ramos had four kills for York High, while Cheyenne Bradford added three digs.


CENTRAL YORK 3, SOUTH WESTERN 0: At Central, the Panthers triumphed, 25-12, 25-19, 27-25. Naya Cheatem (eight kills), Andrea Quartey (eight kills), Erin Dobbeck (20 assists) and Taylor Krinock (14 assists) led the winners. South Western got big nights from Hannah McMaster (23 assists) and Erin Harman (10 kills, six digs). Central won the JV match, 2-0.

SUSQUEHANNOCK 3, RED LION 0: At Glen Rock, Abigail Bentz had eight kills, 11 assists and eight digs for the Warriors. Kelly Franz contributed nine assists and Abbey Barnhart recorded five kills and nine digs. Marley Vebares (seven kills, five digs) and Brooke Daugherty (14 assists, six digs) led Red Lion. The Lady Lions won the JV match, 26-24, 25-19.

HANOVER 3, LITTLESTOWN 1: At Hanover, Shelby Barnes (15 kills, 11 digs), Saranda Gerlach (seven kills, five digs) and Renee Drawbaugh (26 assists, 14 digs) led the winners. Taylor Nicol pounded 10 kills, and Lauren Slater contributed 25 assists for Littlestown. Hanover won the JV match, 25-12, 25-13.

NORTHEASTERN 3, YORK SUBURBAN 1: At Suburban, the Bobcats won the York-Adams Division II match, 27-25, 13-25, 25-18, 25-18. Madison Reichard led the visitors with seven kills, seven digs and five blocks. Holly Shoemaker (27 assists, five kills, three blocks), Macie Schantz (seven aces, five blocks, six digs, four kills) and Bayle Sowers (nine kills, nine digs) also excelled for the Bobcats. For the Trojans, Kayla Gibbs (11 kills, 19 digs), Maura Brehl (six kills, 21 digs) and Georgia DuMars (three aces, nine digs, 12 assists) led the way.

BERMUDIAN SPRINGS 3, YORK CATHOLIC 2: At York Springs, the Eagles outlasted York Catholic, 15-25, 25-20, 18-25, 25-14, 15-12. Madison Itterly (11 service points, 15 digs, 15 kills), Madyson Whitcomb (13 blocks, eight kills) and Gabrielle Emeigh (eight service points, 26 assists) led the winners. York Catholic was led by Megan Bittner (30 digs), Natalie Stewart (14 digs, 30 assists), Meredith Beecher (nine kills, 14 digs) and Maggie Allen (nine kills). Bermudian won the JV match, 26-28, 25-18, 15-5.

DELONE CATHOLIC 3, DALLASTOWN 0: At Dallastown, the Squirettes rolled, 25-9, 25-12, 25-11. Cambria Wierman led the visitors with 13 digs, six kills and three aces. Mary Gingrow (four kills, four aces, four digs) and Maddie Comly (10 kills, four digs) also excelled for Delone. For the Wildcats, Kat Forry had 18 digs, while Megan Clinton had 12 assists. Becca Flinchbaugh and Sophia Messner each had four kills. Delone won the JV match, 25-19, 14-25, 15-11.

NORTHEASTERN 3, YORK SUBURBAN 1: At Suburban, the Bobcats grabbed a 27-25, 13-25, 25-18, 25-18 victory. Holly Shoemaker (27 assists), Madison Reichard (five blocks, seven kills, seven digs) and Bayle Sowers (nine kills, nine digs) led the winners. Suburban was paced by Emily Miller (six digs, 14 assists), Kayla Gibbs (11 kills, 19 digs) and Maura Brehl (21 digs).
