Donnie Kreitz Jr. ended the local sprint-car season with a win at Susquehanna Speedway Park Saturday afternoon.

Kreitz's second win of the season was worth $6,000.

Kreitz started 10th in the 30-lap feature, which saw four different leaders. Chad Layton led the first two laps before being sidelined with mechanical problems. That turned the lead over to Brian Montieth, who led until Danny Dietrich moved by for the lead on the 16th lap. It wasn't until the 29th lap that Kreitz made his winning move.

Dietrich finished second, with Thomasville's Greg Hodnett in third. Brent Marks and Mark Smith completed the top five. Rounding out the top 10 were Hanover's Logan Schuchart, Cole Duncan, York's Adam Wilt, Montieth and Gerard McIntyre Jr.

In the 20-lap 358 sprint feature, Fairview Township's Pat Cannon drove to the $2,000 victory. Cannon started third, and took the lead from rookie driver Ryan Greth on the fifth lap. The win was Cannon's 16th overall this season.

York's Josh Beard finished second, with Doug Hammaker in third. Matt Horst and Billy Pauch Jr. completed the top five. Rounding out the top 10 were Schuchart, Manchester's Austin Hogue, Derek Locke, Lewisberry's Kyle Moody and Nate Snyder.
