Spring Grove will play host to Boyertown at 7 p.m. Monday in a preliminary-round PIAA Class AAA Team Tournament match.

The winner will advance to face Canon McMillan in a first-round match on Thursday at the Giant Center in Hershey.

Spring Grove (23-1) enters the state tournament as the District 3 No. 3-seed after beating Wilson, 30-22, on Saturday for the bronze medal in the district team event. Boyertown (17-7) is the No. 3-seed from District 1. Canon McMillan (15-0) won its fourth consecutive District 7 title on Saturday. The Rockets are in search of the program's first win in state tournament action. In the program's first appearance in the state tournament in 2010, Spring Grove lost in the first round to Shikellamy, 35-17.

In the Class AA state team tournament, District 3-AA runner-up Bermudian Springs (23-5) will play host to District 6-AA runner-up Mount Union (22-4) at 7 p.m. Monday in a preliminary-round PIAA bout. The winner will advance to face District 7-AA champion Burrell (15-5) in a first-round match Thursday at the Giant Center. Burrell has won the last seven District 7-AA Team Tournament titles.

The first round through finals in both tournaments will be held Thursday and Saturday at the Giant Center.
