Downtown York arts collaborative The Parliament is hosting an 18-and-older First Friday event for the month of love. February's First Friday gallery show, Uncovered, features nude paintings, photography, drawings and sculptures that some of York's best-known artists have agreed to pull from their private collections for display.

The show will be held 6-9 p.m. Friday at The Parliament, 116 E. King St.

Visitors see the nude works of designer Peter Danko, whose furniture is featured in the Smithsonian, local professors Kristen Kest and Darren Jordan, Marketview Arts artist-in residence and Parliament curator Rita King, and MICA graduate student Freddie Graves.

Ralph Real will provide live, soulful piano performances. Admission is free, and light refreshments will be provided.
